Following press speculation concerning the replacement of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bang & Olufsen a/s, we wish to announce that no such change has been discussed by the Board. The company's Chairman since 2001, Jørgen Worning, 67, has not expressed a wish to resign from his position. The age limit for members of the Board of Directors of Bang & Olufsen is 70.
