On January 17, 2008 , Mr Oliver von Seidel, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, München, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on January 11, 2008 and holds as of this day an amount of 3.035% (this
corresponds to 27745827 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 0.001%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6475 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr von Seidel.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.034%
