Securitas Systems purchases Swedish fire protection company 

Securitas Systems is purchasing the Swedish company Förebygget Brandskydd AB.
The acquisition will be concluded during the first quarter 2008. The purchase
price is between 4-7x EBITDA.

Förebygget Brandskydd supplies fire protection services to companies and public
authorities throughout the country. The annual sales for 2007 amounted to MSEK
11 (MEUR 1.2) and the company has 9 employees.
