NCC to construct office buildings for Carlsberg for SEK 400 million 

NCC Construction in Denmark has been commissioned by Carlsberg Ejendomme to
construct three office buildings in Tuborg Havn in Hellerup. The order is worth
approximately SEK 400 million and work on the project will commence in July
2008. 


The contract with Carlsberg Ejendomme comprises three seven-story tower blocks.
Combined, the buildings have total floor space of 11,200 square meters. The
order also includes landscaping work and adaptation work on the basements. 

The buildings will be erected above the underground three-story garage that NCC
is currently building for Carlsberg at Tuborg Havn. 

The contract will be registered among orders in the first quarter of 2008.
