On January 25, 2008 , Dimensional Fund Advisors LP (Investment Manager),
Santa Monica, USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Norddeutsche Affinerie AG,
Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, have exceeded the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on January 21, 2008  and now amount to 3.01%
(this corresponds to 1229941 Voting Rights).

The voting rights are to be ascribed to the Investment Manager pursuant to
sec. 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG.
