In memory of Sven Skarendahl

PRESS RELEASE
Stockholm/Amsterdam, 1 February 2007

It is with deep regret that we announce that Mr. Sven Skarendahl,
member of the Board of Directors of LBi, passed away on 25 January
2008, after a period of ill-health.

Mr. Sven Skarendahl played a crucial role in the business development
of the former Framfab and subsequently in the merger with LB Icon
that resulted in LBI International. He was active on the Board until
the end.

Mr. Skarendahl was Chairman of the Board of Netsolutions since 1996.
Netsolutions merged with Framtidsfabriken in 1999 under the company
name Framtidsfabriken, which was listed on the Swedish Exchange in
1999. Mr. Skarendahl was a member of the Board for one of the most
eventful periods in the digital industry. Mr. Skarendahl became
Chairman from 2001 and Framtidsfabriken was renamed Framfab in 2002.
It was also from 2001 and onwards that Framfab experienced many
changes, restructurings and divestments. This period of restructuring
also saw a number of rights issues. Mr. Skarendahl was very active
during this period both in operations as well as in investor
relations. With his experience, his business knowledge and deep
commitment, Mr. Skarendahl's work was of critical importance for the
successful turnaround of Framfab into a profitable company from 2004.

Framfab merged with LB Icon in 2006, a company very similar to
Framfab with respect to history and business, where profit was
attained after a few years of rapid turnover and organizational
shake-ups in the early 2000s. Mr. Skarendahl was one of the main
drivers behind the merger with LB Icon, registered in August 2006.
After the merger the Company was named LBI International and Mr.
Skarendahl was Chairman of the Board until May 2007 and thereafter a
member of the Board. The LBi group operations are located in 12
countries and employ 1500 people. LBi is Europe's largest digital
agency and the no 3 global player.

Mr. Sven Skarendahl will always be remembered as a highly
professional businessman with a deep commitment to LBi. He was a very
likeable and respected colleague and will be sadly missed by all who
knew and worked with him.

Mr. Fred Mulder Chairman of the LBI International board,"It is with deep regret and respect that I wish to say that LBI
International has lost an intelligent, cultured and trusted Board
member. He put his best energies into our company while always
bearing in mind the interest of all stakeholders. This he clearly
showed in the period when we merged our two outstanding companies
Framfab and LB Icon.

Personally I feel the loss of a business friend and I will miss him
as my sounding board and sparring partner. I will never forget the
time we spent together in the last four/five years philosophizing how
building a true global international marketing services company.
Again, I'm sure all my colleagues agree that we have lost a man of
high integrity and a person with whom it was also fun to work."
