Offer for subscription to raise up to £10 million
The Company announces that the following documents have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority:
- a circular convening an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 6 March 2008; and
- a prospectus relating to an offer for subscription of new ordinary shares by the Company to raise up to £10 million,
and will soon be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
