AD HOC ANNOUNCEMENT
primion: preliminary quarterly result
Stetten am kalten Markt, 5 February 2008. primion Technology AG (ISIN
DE0005117006) has achieved its operative targets for the traditionally
strong first quarter of the 2007/2008 financial year. According to the
preliminary figures now available gross revenue of around EUR 15.7 million
(previous year: EUR 15.1 million) was generated for the period from October
to the end of December 2007. The operative result (EBIT) amounts to approx.
EUR 1.94 million (previous year: EUR 2.05 million).
Orders continue to be placed at a high level with the upturn in the German
market making a positive contribution.
The final figures for the first quarter of the 2007/2008 financial year and
the complete quarterly financial report will be published by primion
Technology AG as planed on 18 February 2008.
