On February 6, 2008, Seadrill purchased 2,919,000 shares in Odfjell Invest ASA at an average price of NOK19.73. Following these transactions Seadrill controls 9,752,000 shares, corresponding to 7.05 percent of the outstanding shares in Odfjell Invest ASA.
The total ownership percentage has been calculated based on an issued share capital in Odfjell Invest ASA of 138,315,599 shares.
