Golar LNG Limited ("Golar") has sold 25,000 shares in order to satisfy the exercise of share options by Golar share option holders, the strike price of which was $12.55 or approximately Nok 68.8.
After this sale Golar holds 375,000 shares in its own right and 200,000 shares via an equity swap.
