Release of a Voting Rights announcement

The Maga Smaller Companies Fund Limited, George Town (Cayman Islands),
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act)
that their percentage of voting rights in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG
exceeded the threshold of 3% on 25 January 2008 and amounted to 3.087%
(136500 voting rights) as per this date.

All these voting rights are to be attributed to Maga Smaller Companies Fund
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act).

Voting rights that are to be attributed to Maga Smaller Companies Fund
Limited are held via the following companies which are controlled by Maga
Smaller Companies Fund Limited and whose holdings of voting rights amount
to 3% each or more: Maga Smaller Companies Master Fund Ltd.
