Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Otus Capital Management Limited, London (United Kingdom), notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that their
percentage of voting rights in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG exceeded
the threshold of 3% on 25 January 2008 and amounted to 3.087% (136500
voting rights) as per this date.

All these voting rights are to be attributed to Otus Capital Management
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 and no. 6 in connection
with sentence 2 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more are to
be attributed to Otus Capital Management Limited: Maga Smaller Companies
Master Fund Ltd.

Voting rights that are to be attributed to Otus Capital Management Limited
