Anticipated adjustment of HEXTech Index due to extraordinary dividend in Tekla Oyj

The board of Tekla Oyj (Tekla) has proposed that the Annual General Meeting
(AGM) on March 15, 2008 approves an extra dividend of EUR 0.20. Provided that
the AGM approves the proposal, Tekla (FI0009008833) will be adjusted in HEXTech
index. Adjustment will be performed effective from start on the Ex-day, by
subtraction of EUR 0.20 from the closing price on the bank day before the
Ex-day. The adjustment is made according to rule 8.8 in the “Index description
of HEXTech Stock Index”.
