Entraction signs agreement with Cherry's subsidiary, PlayCherry Ltd

Cherry holds gaming contracts onboard vessels that transport
approximately 25 million passengers yearly. PlayCherry Ltd will
market PlayCherry.com onboard vessels on international water and
going forward online gaming will be possible onboard.

Cherry has established a subsidiary in Malta, PlayCherry Ltd. that
has signed an agreement with Entraction regarding the operation of
the gaming site. The gaming services will be operated by Entraction's
