Change in holding in OMX
Borse Dubai Limited (Borse Dubai) announced today that they have increased their
holding in OMX AB over 66.7 (2/3) percent on February 22, 2008. The holding in
OMX AB was increased with 81,818,010 shares. Thereafter, Borse Dubai's holding
in OMX AB is now 88,601,315 shares which represents 73.442 percent of the shares
and votes of OMX AB. The share capital of OMX AB consists of 120,640,467 shares.
