Ralf Coenen to join the MAXDATA AG Management Board
Marl, Germany, 26 February 2008. At an ordinary meeting the Supervisory
Board of MAXDATA AG (ISIN: DE0006581309; German securities code WKN: 658
130) today appointed Ralf Coenen as further member of the Management Board.
Thomas Stiegler will remain Spokesman of the Management Board.
After the appointment of Ralf Coenen as further member of the Management
Board Siegfried Kaske resigns his membership of the Management Board. With
his resignation he will be again member of the Supervisory Board and
Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
