PARKEN sells shares in Billetlugen A/S

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S and the minority shareholders have today
reached agreement with the consortium behind the Icelandic corporation Midi,
regarding the sale of all shares in Billetlugen A/S. PARKEN Sport &
Entertainment's share was 55%. 

Billetlugen A/S has strengthened its position in a strong competitive market,
and via a turnaround become a healthy and profitable company. 

PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S has been offered, and accepted, the
acquisition of 10% of the newly established ticket company behind Billetlugen
A/S, that will continue to run ticket companies in Iceland and Rumania.
