Correction of the publication dd. February 20, 2008

On February 25, 2008 , Allianz Global Investors Frankfurt, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Kontron AG, Eching, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006053952,
WKN: 605395, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
February 19, 2008  and now amount to 2.97% (this corresponds to 1537543
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.18% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 608752 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
