Interim financial accountability and draft decisions of extraordinary general meeting

Presenting GUBERNIJA AB not audited interim financial accountability for 12
months of year 2007 and confirmation of responsible persons. 

Draft decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of
GUBERNIJA AB to be held on 21 March 2008: 

1. To elect UAB “Auditoriai ir konsultantai” id.code: 121928099 for audit of
GUBERNIJA AB financial accountability of 2007. 

2. To set 16.000 Lt. (4634 EUR) remuneration including VAT for audit companies
services. 

3. To commission General Director of GUBERNIJA AB to sign the agreement with
UAB “Auditoriai ir konsultantai” for doing companies audit of 2007.
