TGS - New Share Capital registered

The 108,000 new shares following the stock option exercises as notified Oslo Stock Exchange on February 29th 2008 were registered in the Company Register in Brønnøysund today, March 12th 2008. The Share Capital of TGS-NOPEC is thereafter 106,194,800 shares at a nominal value of NOK 0.25 per share.

Certificate of Registration has been sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
