According to preliminary figures, PlasmaSelect AG generated consolidated
revenues of 56.2 million and EBIT of 9.3 million for fiscal year 2007
ended November 30. This extraordinarily strong result was primarily due to
one-time income from the sale of the Injectible Generics business segment.
The Group held 40.9 million in cash and cash equivalents at fiscal
yearend. Subtracting non-current financial liabilities of approximately
27 million, the Company thus held net cash of approximately 14 million or
0.82 per share.
Final figures are to be released on March 31, 2008.
