Spar Nord Bank A/S has established an EMTN programme Effective March 2008, Spar Nord Bank established the Bank's first Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) programme in order to enhance the efficiency of the ongoing generation of cash, in the wake of the rating accorded the Bank by Moody's in August 2007. The EMTN programme was arranged by Barclays Capital. Dealers on the programme are Deutsche Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Danske Bank and JP Morgan, in addition to Barclays Capital. Under the EMTN programme, Spar Nord Bank A/S has the option of issuing notes for amounts equivalent to a maximum of EUR 3 billion. The timing for the first issuance of notes is yet to be determined.
