along with the Annual Report 2007 have been sent to the shareholders

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 3 April 2008 at 13:30 hrs at Felix
Konferansesenter, Aker Brygge, Oslo. Ballots will be distributed at the meeting
venue from 12:30 hrs to 13:30 hrs on the day of the annual general meeting.
The meeting will be combined with "Aker-dagen," where the Aker companies host
an open day especially organized for high-school and university students,
teachers, and student advisors. Students are an important foundation for the
Norwegian seafood business, and Aker Seafoods provides insight into exciting
and challenging work possibilities within international growth markets.
