MANCHESTER, NH--(Marketwire - March 20, 2008) - Newforma, Inc., a software company addressing the project information management (PIM) needs of the design and building industry, announced today that Chief Data Architect Jim Forester, P.E., and ColeJenest & Stone Technology Manager Tiffany Morris, P.E., will present an American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) online seminar, "Thinking outside the inbox: deploying an email management process enterprise-wide." Forester will discuss how enterprise-wide email management practices make engineering firms more productive, more profitable and better prepared for discovery in the event of legal issues. Morris will describe how ColeJenest & Stone implemented a consistent email management process enterprise-wide, and will detail the benefits realized as a result.

Attendees will learn tips, strategies and technologies to:

-- Empty their inboxes
-- Comply with record-keeping regulations
-- Save time on the job
-- Streamline the larger project management process
