We refer to previous notices regarding the proposed dividend issue and to the offer document that will be sent to the PCC owners registered per 13 March 2008. Sparebanken Midt-Norge`s Board of Directors has today fixed the subscription price regarding the announced dividend issue for existing PCC owners at NOK 50.
