IBM announces in a press release dated March 27, 2008 that shareholders holding 96.9 per cent of the shares in Telelogic have accepted the offer. According to this information and to the ”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.8.1, Telelogic (SE0000468571) will be removed from from VINX Benchmark index. Last inclusion date for Telelogic (TLOG) will be March 27, 2008.
