OCI Cash Dividend Payment Details
Cairo, Egypt - 27 March 2008: Orascom Construction Industries ("OCI") confirmed
the following regarding its cash dividend distribution in US Dollars announced
on 16 March 2008:
- The value of the first Installment is US$ 44.8394 per share (US$ 89.6796
per GDR)
- The value of the second Installment is US$ 10.0982 per share (US$ 20.1964
per GDR)
- The value of the third Installment will be approximately US$ 0.9156 per
share (1.8312 per GDR).
