NextWave Wireless to Showcase Integrated Mobile Multimedia Solutions at CTIA WIRELESS 2008
SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - March 28, 2008) - NextWave Wireless Inc. (NASDAQ: WAVE), a

will showcase its next-generation WiMAX semiconductors, WiMAX and UMTS
mobile broadcast technologies, carrier-grade Wi-Fi infrastructure products,
and mobile broadband network systems at the upcoming CTIA WIRELESS 2008
show in Las Vegas.
Located at booth #5265, NextWave's senior engineers and executives will
highlight the company's most recent innovations in mobile communications --
including the company's recently launched MXtv™ broadcast over WiMAX

Wireless, and Chair of the IEEE 802.16 Working Group on Broadband Wireless
Access, will participate in a panel discussion on "What is 4G?", focusing
on next-generation wireless standards. This panel is also part of the
FierceWireless: Path to 4G event and will take place on Wed., April 2, from
11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Dr. Osama Alshaykh, CTO of PacketVideo, will speak at the Smartphone
Summit, co-located with CTIA WIRELESS, on Mon., March 31 in room N115 from
5:00 to 5:50 p.m. The session, titled "Smartphone & Mobile Entertainment -
Pioneering the Rich Media Experience," will address opportunities for
monetizing content from rich media to mobile applications and networks.
Session participants also include HP, Imagination Technologies, ArcSoft and
Adobe Systems.
