Hakon Invest's SVP Communication to principal owner

Anders Hallgren, currently SVP Communication and a member of
Executive Management, is leaving Hakon Invest AB in order to take up
a new position as Association Secretary of ICA-handlarnas Förbund
(the Association of ICA Retailers).

Anders will start his new employment on April 1, 2008.

Responsibility for the Communications function at Hakon Invest AB
will be taken over by the CFO Göran Hesseborn and Pernilla Linger
will remain as Investor Relations Manager.

ICA-handlarnas Förbund is the member organization for Sweden's 1,400
active ICA retailers and the principal owner of Hakon Invest AB with
67% of the shares.

Anders Hallgren has been employed at Hakon Invest (formerly ICA
Förbundet Invest AB) since 2000 and he was previously Information
Manager at ICA during the period 1990-2000. Prior to that he was a
journalist at Vestmanlands Läns Tidning and ICA Nyheter.
