At its meeting on 31st of March 2008, the Board of Directors of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2007. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 1.80 per share (53,577,368 shares), are not altered from preliminary figures which were published on February 26th 2008.
Shareholder`s meeting is scheduled to Tuesday May 20th in Bergen in accordance with the
financial calendar. A summoning and annual report will be sent all shareholders and published through Oslo Børs and www.leroy.no.
