HiQ among the top three best employers

HiQ among the top three best employers

HiQ has placed third in Universum's annual “Career Barometer” survey, in which
employees are asked to rate their current employer on a scale of 1 to 10.

“We came in four places higher than last year, and I am of course incredibly
proud of how we did. HiQ has to be the best place to work for IT consultants,
and to succeed in making this so, we have to offer really keen conditions. The
interplay between knowledge and job satisfaction is high on our list of
priorities, and I am convinced that a strong and distinct corporate culture that
offers the opportunity for growth and advancement is good both for our clients
and our shareholders,” says HiQ President and CEO Lars Stugemo.

Ever since HiQ was founded, the company has been managed based on the values
that have created stability and profitability in the Group. We emphasise the
importance of clearly communicating values such as professionalism, a long-term
approach, customer benefit and profitability, which helps us to deliver quality
to our clients and create an excellent place to work. Our combination of a
softly approach and cutting-edge expertise enables us to deliver high quality.

HiQ also ranks highly in other types of employee surveys conducted in other
countries. HiQ placed in the Top 10 in the “Best Place to Work” survey in both
Denmark and Finland.
