The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) published a reviewed forecast on HFF new lending, issuance of bonds and payments on December, 28, 2007. The forecast revealed an estimated issuance of HFF bonds between ISK 11-13 billion in the first quarter of 2008. The Fund has decided not to auction HFF bonds in the first quarter of 2008 and part of the forecasted auction will be transferred to the second quarter of 2008. The Funds´s new lending has been lower than forecasted in the first quarter of 2008. At the same timethe liquidity position has been strong. The reviewed forecast will be published at the end of week 14 of 2008.
