Acquisition of OÜ Delegatsioon

AS Tallink Grupp's subsidiary OÜ TLG Hotell has agreed in principle to acquire
100% of OÜ Delegatsioon from its owners AS Heal and OÜ Haapsalu HRM. 

The main activities of the company include hotel management, travel arrangement
and provision of tourism related services; catering and catering related
services and other trade activities. OÜ Delegatsioon currently operates Pirita
Top Spa hotel in Tallinn. 

Additional information about the acquisition will be disclosed after the
signing of the purchase agreement and the permission from the Competition
Authority. 

The acquisition will not have a significant effect to the consolidated accounts
of AS Tallink Grupp.
