InterOil has today appointed Wilhelm Matheson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of InterOil Exploration and Production ASA. Mr. Matheson is replacing Jon Wiggen, who will continue as advisor and assist the management on all corporate and financial issues.
Mr. Matheson has been Group Controller in InterOil since 2006 and joined InterOil after 6 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zurich, where he was manager within investment management audit services. He is a graduate of BI in Oslo.
The change of CFO has been planed since one year, and a smooth transition period foreseen.
