On 8 April this year Ukio bankas starts paying out dividends to the shareholders who held the Bank's shares on 27 March 2008. Pursuant to the resolution of Ukio bankas General Shareholders' Meeting, the shareholders will be paid 2 cents per one share of the par value of LTL 1. Dividends will be paid out via the public circulation broker who was accounting shares of the particular shareholder on the day of the meeting.
