Lerøy Seafood Group ASA by its subsidiary company Lerøy Midnor AS has today entered into an agreement with Villa Organic ASA where Lerøy Midnor AS will buy three fish farming licenses for salmon and trout including biomass north of Hustadvika in Møre and Romsdal for the total amount of MNOK 130 Subject due diligence. The licenses will be integrated in the existing activity in the area.
