Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On April 02, 2008 , UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CeWe
Color Holding AG, Oldenburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005403901, WKN: 540390,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 27, 2008  and now
amount to 4.86% (this corresponds to 358643 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.37% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 27422 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
