Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Correction of the notification of voting rights as of April 1st, 2008
On March 25, 2008 , FMR LLC, Boston, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Kontron AG, Eching, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006053952, WKN: 605395, have
exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 20, 2008  and now
amount to 3.06% (this corresponds to 1582222 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG, 3.06% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 1582222 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
