On April 4, 2008, Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited, London,
Great Britain, informed KUKA Aktiengesellschaft (formerly IWKA
Aktiengesellschaft) about the following:

'Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, we hereby notify that the percentage of
voting rights in IWKA Aktiengesellschaft fell below the threshold of 3 % on
25 April 2007 and amounts to 2.99% (797,358 voting rights) as per this
date.

Of these voting rights, 2.99% (797,358 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited pursuant to Section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.'
