HealthPass Appoints Alexander Garnett New Director of Business Development
Industry Veteran Brings 30 Years of Experience to Growing Health Insurance Agency

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - April 15, 2008) - HealthPass, a leading New York City-based
non-profit agency dedicated to improving access to health coverage for
small businesses, announced today that Alexander Garnett has joined the
firm as its new Director of Business Development.
An employee benefits and insurance industry veteran, Garnett brings more
than 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience to HealthPass.
In this newly created position of Director of Business Development, he will
focus on expanding HealthPass' business in the small employer health
insurance marketplace throughout New York City, Long Island, Westchester,
and Rockland counties.

of identifying opportunities and developing relationships at a time when a

Prior to joining HealthPass, Garnett spent five years with Connecticare,
Inc. in Farmington, CT, where he was vice president of sales. He also has
held various sales and marketing management positions with PHS Health
Plans, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, New York Life and Aetna.
Garnett earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Norwich University. He is a
resident of Darien, CT.
