Articles of Association up-date
Following exercise of share warrants (ref. our release No. 12 of 16 April
2008), the share capital of NKT Holding is increased by a total nominal amount
of 1,264,500 DKK, whereafter the total nominal share capital is 474,367,580
DKK.
The increase in share capital is registered in the enclosed Articles of
Association dated 16 April 2008, Article 3.
