AtHoc Establishes New Public Sector Unit, Appoints Industry Veteran Dubhe Beinhorn to Lead Operations

New Unit Created to Manage Growing Demand for Network-Centric Emergency Notification Systems Across Federal Civilian, State and Local Government

BURLINGAME, CA--(Marketwire - April 21, 2008) - AtHoc, Inc., the pioneer and leader in network-centric emergency notification systems, today announced that Dubhe Beinhorn has joined the company as its vice president of operations for the public sector. She will oversee sales, business development and partner relationships for AtHoc's continued expansion within the federal civilian, state and local government sectors.

Ms. Beinhorn brings more than 25 years of sales and operations experience to AtHoc in federal, service provider and international markets. Prior to joining AtHoc, she served as vice president and general manager of Unisys Corporation's Federal Government Group, Systems and Technology practice, where she was responsible for the company's expansion of new business revenues and strategic partnerships. Prior to Unisys, she helped establish Juniper Federal Systems and served as its vice president, while growing the business to more than $100 million.

Ms. Beinhorn's career began in 1980 with Xerox Corp., and she has served in numerous executive sales, marketing and management positions including: general manager of the SafeNet Products Division of SafeNet Corp.; vice president of international sales with Netrix Corp.; and account executive at N.E.T. Inc. and Contel. Ms. Beinhorn received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Roanoke College.
