                  REPORT AND ACCOUNTS & ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                  



The report and accounts for G4S plc for the year ended 31 December 2007 will be 
posted to shareholders later today.   The document includes the notice of the   
company's Annual General Meeting which will be held on Thursday 29 May 2008 at  
Ironmongers' Hall, Barbican, London EC2Y 8AA at 2.00 pm.                        

Copies of the report and accounts are being submitted for publication at the
