3D Systems to Hold Analyst Day At RAPID Show

Company Will Present Its Latest Products and Update Its Business Strategy On May 21, 2008, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida


ROCK HILL, S.C., April 24, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- 3D Systems Corporation (Nasdaq:TDSC), a leading provider of 3-D Modeling, Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing solutions, announced today that it will hold an Analyst Day on May 21, 2008, in conjunction with RAPID 2008.

3D Systems' Abe Reichental, president and chief executive officer, will discuss new products and present an update of the Company's business strategy. Kevin McAlea, 3D Systems' vice president, general manager Sintering Products business unit, will provide an update on the Company's Rapid Manufacturing solutions. A question-and-answer session and tour of 3D Systems' 2008 RAPID tradeshow display at booths #428 and #528 will follow the presentations.

For the first time, 3D Systems will exhibit its new Sinterstation(r) Pro SLM System, showcasing the system's capability of building accurate, fully dense metal parts from a wide range of metal materials, including aluminum and titanium. In addition, a V-Flash(tm) Desktop Modeler and ProJet(tm) HD 3000 Production System as well as the Company's large-frame manufacturing systems, the Viper(tm) Pro SLA(r) and Sinterstation(r) Pro SLS(r) Systems, will be on display at the RAPID Show on May 20-22, 2008, at the Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
