Airspan Provides WiMAX Solutions for Local Governments in Spain

(NASDAQ: AIRN), a leading worldwide provider of WiMAX broadband wireless access networks, announced today that it will provide its MicroMAX base stations in the 5.4 GHz frequency band to the Regional Government in the Galicia region of Spain, in collaboration with its local reseller partner, Colabora.
