Cambridge Leadership Associates Names Martin Business Director


CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - April 25, 2008) - Cambridge Leadership Associates (CLA), a prominent provider of leadership consulting services, announced today that Eric Martin has joined the firm as business director.

Martin brings to CLA more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit, public and private sectors in strategic planning, change management, impact assessment, governance and financial management. At CLA, Martin will manage strategy development and implementation and oversee the finance and operations functions.

Prior to joining CLA, Martin held positions in strategic planning, special projects and budgeting at a high profile international nonprofit organization that works to alleviate poverty and inequity. Before that, he served in Japan for five years as a foreign liaison and consultant to a local government and private corporation.

Martin is a Milano Graduate School of Management master of science candidate in organizational change management at The New School in New York City. He holds a B.S. in mathematics, systems analysis and operations research from the University of Michigan.
