The Council of the joint-stock company „Ditton pievadkezu rupnica” announces herewith that according to provisions of the Clause 296 of the Commercial Law, term of powers of the current Council presented by Boriss Matvejevs, Georgijs Sorokins, Vitolds Vasilenoks, Jevgenijs Glinkins, Tatjana Lapunova terminates on the May 5th, 2008 in compliance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders from May 5th, 2005. Basing on this, the Council of the company terminates its activity starting from May 5th, 2008.
