In connection with the publication of information in respect of JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” in the newspaper „Diena”, article „There have not been so bad times”, on April 25, 2008, No.97 (5139)), the Council and the Management Board is informing about the following: 1. Information content of the article has not been coordinated with the company and it is solely personal opinion of the authors of the article and persons, which have been referred to by them in the article. 2. Information about the loss of partnership relations with the public joint-stock company „AVTOVAZ” (there is distorted the name of the company to VAZ in the publication) does not represent the facts. The sources of this information are not known to us. Director of Daugavpils Regional Office of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimirs Nadeždins has not made any statements in respect of the JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca”, all the more has not commented relations of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” with its partners. The Council and the Management Board of the company would like to draw attention of investors and other participants of the financial instruments market to the cases of publication of distorted information about the company, which have become more frequent, and for estimation of activity of the company and situation in it call to be guided by official information of the Council and the Management Board of the company.
