On April 25, 2008, Mr. Dinakar Singh, New York, USA, has informed MAN
Aktiengesellschaft ('Company'; ISIN: DE0005937007, WKN: 593700) according
to Sec. 21 (1) of the WpHG in his own name and on behalf of (1) TPG-Axon
Partners, L.P., New York, USA, (2) TPG-Axon Partners (Offshore), Ltd.,
George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, (3) TPG-Axon Partners GP, L.P.,
Wilmington, Delaware, USA, (4) TPG-Axon Capital Management, L.P., New York,
USA, (5) TPG-Axon GP, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and (6) Dinakar Singh
LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, as follows:

'1. I herewith notify you pursuant to Sec. 21(1) WpHG on behalf of TPG-Axon
Partners, L.P. that its holding of voting rights of the Company fell below
the threshold of 3% and amounted to 0% (0 voting rights) on April 23, 2008.
Of the former voting rights of TPG-Axon Partners, L.P., 1.06% (1,492,150
voting rights) were directly held by TPG-Axon Partners, L.P. and 2.08%
(2,932,850 voting rights) were attributed to TPG-Axon Partners, L.P.
pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Sentence 1 WpHG.

2. I herewith notify you pursuant to Sec. 21(1) WpHG on behalf of TPG-Axon
Partners (Offshore), Ltd. that its holding of voting rights of the Company
fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 0% (0 voting rights) on
April 23, 2008. Of the former voting rights of TPG-Axon Partners
(Offshore), Ltd. 2.08 % (2,932,850 voting rights) were directly held by
TPG-Axon Partners (Offshore), Ltd. and 1,06% (1,492,150 voting rights) were
attributed to TPG-Axon Partners, (Offshore), Ltd. pursuant to Sec. 22(2)
Sentence 1 WpHG.

3. I herewith notify you pursuant to Sec. 21(1) WpHG on behalf of TPG-Axon
Partners GP, L.P. that its holding of voting rights of the Company fell
below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 0% (0 voting rights) on April 23,
2008. Of the former voting rights of TPG-Axon Partners GP, L.P., 1.06%
(1,492,150 voting rights) were attributed to TPG-Axon Partners GP, L.P.
pursuant to Sec. 22(1) Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG and 2.08% (2,932,850 voting
rights) were attributed to TPG-Axon Partners GP, L.P. pursuant to Sec.
22(2) Sentence 1 WpHG.

4. I herewith notify you pursuant to Sec. 21(1) WpHG on behalf of TPG-Axon
Capital Management, L.P. that its holding of voting rights of the Company
fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 0% (0 voting rights) on
April 23, 2008. The voting rights formerly held by TPG-Axon Partners, L.P.
amounting to 1.06% (1,492,150 voting rights) and the voting rights formerly
held by TPG-Axon Partners (Offshore), Ltd. amounting to 2.08% (2,932,850
voting rights) were formerly attributed to TPG-Axon Capital Management,
L.P. pursuant to Sec. 22(1) Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.

5. I herewith notify you pursuant to Sec. 21(1) WpHG on behalf of TPG-Axon
GP, LLC that its holding of voting rights of the Company fell below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 0% (0 voting rights) on April 23, 2008. Of
the former voting rights of TPG-Axon GP, LLC, 1.06% (1,492,150 voting
rights) were attributed to TPG-Axon GP, LLC pursuant to Sec. 22(1) Sentence
1 No. 1 WpHG and 2.08% (2,932,850 voting rights) were attributed to
TPG-Axon GP, LLC pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Sentence 1 WpHG. Furthermore, these
voting rights were formerly also attributed to TPG-Axon GP, LLC pursuant to
Sec. 22(1) Sentence 1 No. 6, 22(1) Sentence 2 WpHG.

6. I herewith notify you pursuant to Sec. 21(1) WpHG on behalf of Dinakar
Singh LLC that its holding of voting rights of the Company fell below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 0% (0 voting rights) on April 23, 2008. Of
the former voting rights of Dinakar Singh LLC, 1.06% (1,492,150 voting
rights) were attributed to Dinakar Singh, LLC pursuant to Sec. 22(1)
Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG and 2.08% (2,932,850 voting rights) were attributed
to Dinakar Singh, LLC pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Sentence 1 WpHG. Furthermore,
these voting rights were formerly also attributed to Dinakar Singh LLC
pursuant to Sec. 22(1) Sentence 1 No. 6, 22(1) Sentence 2 WpHG.

7. I herewith notify you pursuant to Sec. 21(1) WpHG that my holding of
voting rights of the Company fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to
0% (0 voting rights) on April 23, 2008. Of my former voting rights, 1.06%
(1,492,150 voting rights) were attributed to me pursuant to Sec. 22(1)
Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG and 2.08% (2,932,850 voting rights) were attributed
to me pursuant to Sec. 22(2) Sentence 1 WpHG. Furthermore, these voting
rights were formerly also attributed to me pursuant to Sec. 22(1) Sentence
1 No. 6, 22(1) Sentence 2 WpHG.'
