Company to Present Strategic Plan Update in Webcast May 14 Detailing Expansion Plans and Time Frames for Anticipated Revenue and Net Income Increases

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - April 30, 2008) - NewMarket China, Inc. (OTCBB: NMCH) today announced plans to expand current operations into new lines of business. The Company currently provides a wide range of technology services to include hardware and software sales, support and customization. The Company has already expanded its software development services outside of China and signed initial contracts in North America. In a Webcast scheduled for 4:30 pm EDT on May 14, 2008, management will unveil plans to launch additional lines of business, to include details on anticipated revenue and net income increases resulting from the new business lines.
